Carbon steel balls hardened to 60 HRc find use in many applications - for forged grinding balls, steel burnishing media, weights, casters, roller skates, drawer slides, bicycle steel bearing balls, conveyors, overhead trolleys, door locks, garage doors.

For better performance and life in most of the above applications we manufacture steel ball (round / spherical) in high carbon steel (carbon 0.85%) instead of low or medium carbon steel. These balls have better wear and load resistance. These can be thorough hardened (upto the core) to 58-63 HRc instead of just case hardened or carburized.
